We are currently looking for a strong mid-level Content & Engagement Manager who loves developing razor-sharp, results-driven strategies, then putting them into action, using content solutions that include everything from websites to social media campaigns, videos to printed matter, PR initiatives to trade press, with some new media horizons to boot.
Above all else, you will have a genuine passion for communication and brand building, and won’t be afraid of getting up-close and personal with clients and consumers to uncover insights that drive content success.
What we're after...
Content strategy — Working to a marketing strategy and brand guidelines to develop a robust content strategy, from objectives through to execution and measuring success.
Marketing strategy — Working to brand positioning and sales objectives to develop solid marketing strategies that connect with audiences to drive impact.
Content management & production — Producing content calendars, briefs, written content, social content, and working with a diverse team of talented individuals to produce beautiful content that resonates with all stakeholders.
Integrated campaign execution — Capable of story-telling and building out content narratives across multiple platforms across digital, physical, video, audio, PR, email and social comms.
Digital platform monitoring — Pull insights from Google analytics, social media metrics, EDM platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and additional ad hoc platforms, understanding language around attribution and conversion.
Copywriting — Producing long-form and short-form copy for a variety of scenarios and media that bring a brand’s ethos and messaging to life.
PR & media relations — Developing effective PR strategies, producing press release material and assets, and managing relationships with key media contacts.
Collaborative workshops & feedback sessions — Develop and facilitate brand workshops to help define purpose and objectives for new, emerging and established brands, and ensuring that workshops lead to actionable outcomes.
New business development — Develop strategic responses to proactive and reactive briefs for new business development, and existing client partnerships, adding value and looking for opportunity from a Content & Engagement point-of-view.
Project & client management — Limited development of budgets, recommend timelines and managing client expectations.
What you’ve got...
Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
Creative strategic experience, including marketing, comms and content strategy development and implementation.
Digital experience; understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, and monitoring of digital content.
Experience managing multiple clients and projects, ideally in an agency role.
Proven ability to produce high quality, engaging and interesting content for a variety of formats.
Event management and media relations experience a plus.

Interaction: ability to influence, build relationships, show respect, lead by example and work well within our team.
